How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, add your favourite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. It's that easy!

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us at theshinelane@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at 9022127171 as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver within 3-5 business days of placing your order across India.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is FREE for orders above ₹999. A small fee of ₹49 applies for orders below ₹999.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. However, we do offer replacements if you received the wrong item, the product arrived defective, or it was damaged in transit.

How do I claim a replacement?
